Shipping &  Returns

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Costs:

  • We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (free on orders over $100)

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee)

    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (additional fee)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight of your order.

 

3. International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred during international shipping.

 

4. Tracking Orders:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery via the shipping carrier’s website.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

1. Return Window:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange, unless otherwise noted on the product page. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Items that have been used, worn, or altered.

    • Perishable or intimate items (e.g., food, personal care products, underwear, etc.)

  • Certain items may be non-returnable, such as sale items, custom products, or gift cards. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Page (or contact our customer service team via email at support@spectrumfertility.com or by calling 833-835-8526. You will need to provide:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return

    • Whether you want a refund or an exchange

 

4. Return Shipping:

  • Free Returns: We offer free returns for most items within the 30-day window (if eligible).

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the item is not eligible for free return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

 

5. Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If you choose an exchange, we will ship your replacement item as soon as the returned item is processed.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a return label and a full refund or replacement.

 

7. Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You can, however, return the item for a refund once it arrives.
