Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred during international shipping.
4. Tracking Orders:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery via the shipping carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange, unless otherwise noted on the product page. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
2. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories. Returns will not be accepted for:

Items that have been used, worn, or altered.

Perishable or intimate items (e.g., food, personal care products, underwear, etc.)

Certain items may be non-returnable, such as sale items, custom products, or gift cards. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
3. How to Initiate a Return:

4. Return Shipping:

Free Returns: We offer free returns for most items within the 30-day window (if eligible).

Return Shipping Costs: If the item is not eligible for free return, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
5. Refunds & Exchanges:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you choose an exchange, we will ship your replacement item as soon as the returned item is processed.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a return label and a full refund or replacement.
7. Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You can, however, return the item for a refund once it arrives.
